2nd edition. Ch 139, p 2527, by R A LaRossa. This is clearly the
successor article.
If you don't have access to the 2nd edition... he is listed as being
at duPont. Perhaps you can get an email for him.
(I think that the second edition is now available only on CD-ROM.)
