lab breakin : anthrax

Hi  people,
someone wrote a couple weeks back about a lab in U.K being the source of a
theft of anthrax and foot and mouth.
A couple web sites confirmed this, can anyone tell me what the website
addresses were, my server doesn't go that far back to access the emails that
mentioned this confirmation.
