hello:
i am wondering whether anyone could kindly help me with the following
situation:
I inoculate milk samples (mainly skim milk) with about 10^7 to 10^8
CFU/ml of gram negative bacteria and then after certin hours of
incubation , i have to collect bacterial cells for further
manipulations. Is there any method to remove the bacterial cells
alone without getting the other components of milk, or atleast to
get rid of most of the milk debris. i have tried different
centrifuging. if you have any info regarding some filters or also
about some centrifuge techniques, it would be great.
thanks
arasu
