POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH position is available to study the enzymes, intermediates and genes of the vitamin-K biosynthetic pathway (see J. Bacteriol. 174:5057,1992; J. Bacteriol.174:8111,1992; J.Bacteriol. 175:4917,1993). Strong background in Biochemistry, Microbiology and/or Molecular Biology required. Experience with overexpression, purification and characterization of proteins would be helpful.
