NEED: Environ. Co. contacts

I am finishing my Ph. D. in environmental microbiology, and I need to 
know where I can find contacts for Environmental Engineering or 
Consulting firms.  Also, where does one look for job listings for the same.

I l in northern CALIFORNIA, so any area specific he wld be greatly 
appreciated, but other general sources are fine, too.
