Autotrophs cover a lot of territory and there is usually a big difference
between media for chemilithotrophs and phototrophs.  Ron Atlas has a good 
book that lists literally 1000s of different formulations.  Also, The 
American Type Culture Catalog (which is on the www if I remember 
correctly) lists media appropriate to the various strains they distribute
