isolating natural ssDNA plasmids

Hello,

the subject line just about sums up my problem.  I'm trying to isolate a 
naturally occuring single stranded DNA plasmid from Bacillus that has no 
selectable markers.  I could use any advice you may have, including ideas on 
plasmid isolation protocols, cloning procedures, etc.  I'll be sorting through 
 textbooks for now, but I would appreciate any experience-based opinions.
