minimal media for bacteria

I order to help out, we need to know what you want to grow.  Some bugs 
thrive on salts + glucose, others require a boatload of vitamins and 
other goodies.  Of course, for a bug which is not fussy, salts and glucose 
ARE a precursor for met :-)
