BCA protein assay

[Dr. James D. Oliver]

I am using the BCA protein assay.  I read somewhere  that samples could be
microwaved for a brief time instead of heating for 30m at 60C.  Can anyone
provide the time employed for the microwaving procedure? Thanks.
