Role of HSPs in virulence

I know that heat shock proteins (especially dnaK, HSP70) play a role in
animal pathogenesis - there are plenty of papers published about animal
pathogens being under stress whilst attempting to colonise a host. But...
does anyone know of an instance where heat shock proteins or other
stress-responsive proteins play a part in _plant_ pathogenesis?
Phytopathogens must be placed under some sort of stress in plants, too,
surely?
