Help with cycloheximide please...

Hey everyone. I am looking for some info of cycloheximide for a lab project.
Specifically, I am looking for information on the specific mechanism of
action with respect to eukaryotic cells. So far, I know that interactions
with the ribosome act to inhibit elongation of a replicating strand, but I
still need a little more detail. If anyone can help me or point me in the
direction of a source, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
