There is a blurb in today's (Sunday's) Boston Globe that a Christy
Turner from Arizona State University presented a paper at the annual meeting
of the American Anthropological Association which proposes that modern man
had a single origin in Southeast Asia. Supposedly this finding is based on
the study of 250,000 prehistoric teeth. Anyone know anything about this?
