Hello:
I posted this to bionet.software and did not receive a response, maybe
someone who reads this group can help. I am trying to obtain a program
(for DOS or Windows) that can generate a matrix of Hamming distances
(i.e. nucleotide differences and insertions-deletions are weighted
equally) from a multiple sequence alignment. Does anyone know of a
program (freeware preferred) which will do this? Thanks.
Steve
