I don't know if this is the right place for this kind of posting but my request is simple and I'll be brief.
What I wish to know is this: Is there a reference for or does anyone have sequences of probes specific for each of the major groups (e.g beta proteobacteria, low G+C gram positives etc..) based on the 16S rRNA. I will be very grateful for any replies.
