There was an article in Nature (Moyle, et al. Nature 368:251-5) this spring
which touches on this.
There's also been a lot of stuff written about, for example, the influenza
A hemagglutinin sialic-acid binding site, as well as many other virus
binding sites.
Can you be more specific about what you're looking for. Too many things come
