VOSTORG is not distributed by Exeter Software any more due to poor
communication between this company and Siberia. Some reduce version
of the pachage with minor improvements can be found via anonymous FTP
from gsbs18.gs.uth.tmc.edu in directory pub/zharkikh/vostorg.
