Import the tree file(s) porduced in PHYLIP to either PAUP or McCLADE.
After having Opened the tree file in either program, use 'PRINT PREVIEW`,
choose SAVE AS PICT FILE in PAUP or in McCLADE. Then import the PICT file
to any graphic program, for example the MacDraw Pro, PowerPoint. New, You
may draw or add any bar or other things you wish.
