You might also try Tree Draw Deck.  It's a (freeware) hypercard stack
written by Don Gilbert and based on the Joe Felsenstein's tree drawing
programs.  It has the distinct advantage, however, of being a Mac program
with all the normal point-and-click, and cut-and-paste functions.  Look
for it in the molecular biology programs at iubio.bio.indiana.edu.
