Haven't you overlooked Ward Wheeler & David Gladstein's MALIGN program?
You can get the files via anonymous ftp from the American Museum of Natural
History's anonymous ftp site, ftp.amnh.org. Login as anonymous and give
your e-mail address when prompted for a password. Change to directory
pub/molecular and - voila! - there you are! You will need to download
binary files in binary mode and txt and other ASCII files in ASCII
mode.
