  Patent on cladistic analysis of unknown species: update

  Dear colleagues,

    Thank you all for your support and contributions 
  of references to establish "Prior Art" for this patent. 
  It should now be possible to raise a strong objection
  about the patent to the European Patent Office, including 
  many citations to previously published work.
 
    An article will appear in New Scientist (next week) 
  and also in Nature (next week or the following week) 
  to publicize the existence of this patent to the wider
  scientific community. 
 
    If anyone wishes to contribute more "Prior Art"
  references, comments, or other objections to the
