Protein Evolution Examples

Dear Sir:
      We are intrested in learning of proteins as members of protein families
which through the course of evolution have changed their localization/fuction.
e.g. nuclear in Drosophila, cytoplasmic in mammals etc.
      Any examples, references would be gratefully received.
