Hi All
A collegue has recently approached me with an armload of RAPD data from 5
legume species and wanted (among other things) to construct a phylogeny for
these species. Now my knowledge about RAPD data is extremely limited. Is an
old fashioned parsimony analysis appropriate here? Or is there a more
appropriate distance method?
