Hello!
I am trying to design PCR primers for mouse based on a peptide
sequence of a human and drosophila homologs.
Since genetic code is highly degenerate for some amino acids
I need to know relative frequency of a particular codon to code
for an amino acid for a given species.
That information is surely waiting for me somewhere neatly
packaged and tabulated; uknfortunately I didn't find it.
Could anyone point out a source of "Species' Codes" for me please?
