Does anyone know of a program (or one that can be modified) that
when given an ancestral DNA sequence and say two descendent sequences, it
can generate the possible parsimonious paths from the ancestor to the
descendent. Perhaps, someone could point me to the sorts of programs
used in phylogenetic simulation studies in which a "true tree" is
generated for a given mutational operator.....any info would be helpful.
