Hello,
I tried to use protml version2.2 with a constraint tree file. My
input file looks like the one below:

I went for the following command:
% -jf -s -v -i a.phy
The semi-automatic mode, -s, didn't take into account the bifurcation as I
was expecting it to do and as I understand the programme is supposed to
do.
Any suggestions?
