Sequence Navigator

Hi.  I'm new to the discussion group.  My coworkers and I generate
a good deal of sequence data for phylogenetic analysis in our lab.
We use an ABI 373 sequencer and its related Sequence Navigator
software.  Does anyone out there know any better way than just
cutting and pasting to get sequences out of a layout and into PAUP or
PHYLIP?
