Bootstrapping LogDet

SeqBoot, in PHYLIP, can make the 100 bootstrapped data sets you need.
We  do not (yet) have LogDet distances in PHYLIP but maybe SplitsTree can
read PHYLIP format input files -- maybe even multiple data sets, I don't
