Does anyone have a reference on the addition of farnesyl groups to proteins. This occurs in mammalian/yeast/coli cells through a CAAX motif in the C terminus of proteins. I'm looking for this function in a more simple organism. Thanks. G.Meacham UAB Dept. of Cell Biology
