Hello, everyone.

We are in the process of purchasing a thermal cycler for our lab, and have
narrowed the field down to one model, based only on specs and options
available. We are interested in the DNA Engine Tetrad Chasis by M.J.
Research, Inc. because of its four-block capabilities. We are also
considering purchasing the Twin Towers slide unit attachment for the DNA
Engine (for in situ work).

If any of you have personal experience, positive or negative, with this
model of thermal cycler (or maybe other models you have found to work well
for: a) multiple simultaneous users, b) in situ PCR that we should
consider) I would appreciate hearing from you.

Thanks in advance.
