I need to compare 2 trees and simply see if they are the same in
topology.
I thought an easy way would be to use consense from Phylip on the
two trees and check whether all branches of the consenses tree
was found in both trees. I find however, that even with 2 identical
trees, some branches are only found once. I don't understand what
is going on, can someone help?
