Hi everybody!
In my PhD work, I am trying to use microsatellites to monitor the genetic
variation in different Lucilia (blow fly) populations following
bottlenecks. My question is if any one knows if there are any primers
developed for L. illustris, L.Caesar, L.sericata or other Lucilia species.
I would be very greatful for any kind of tips.
