I am working on some grass (Echinochloa Crus-galli)
and I wantn to find a sequence in the genome that are very variable at the
intraspecific level (between two populations of the same species)
I have already sequence ITS 1 and ITS2 of the DNA ribosomal genes but I
dont find enough variation between the population.
