LDLR evolution

Dear Netters:
My laboratory recently identified a low density lipoprotein
receptor-like genomic and cDNA clone from Caenorhabditis elegans which
contain the characteristic structural motifs of the LDL receptor family,
but the genomic organisation is very different from all known recptors
of the same family.

Briefly, the newly identified receptor composed of conatins six exons
ONLY, encoding a peptide of 925 amino acids that contains five class A
repeats in the ligand binding domain; two class B.2 repeats-YWTD
spacer-class B.2 repeat-class B.1 repeat in the EGF homology domain;
transmembrane domain and the cytoplasmic domain.

Could anybody out there suggest some references on the molecular
evolution of low density lipoprotein receptor family or experts working
on this subject.
