Hi,
Last year someone posted a request to this group regarding
software that will automatically convert a protein alignment
into a DNA alignment. That is, given a set of aligned amino
acid sequences, the algorithm would introduce corresponding
gaps into a set of unaligned DNA sequences (that code for the
amino acid sequences).
I remember that there was software available. Could
someone please point me to where I can find it?
