Well, after I while I have understood the concepts underlying pasimony,
neighbor-joining, least-squares etc. fairly well, but the maximum
likelihood approach is still a mystery to me.
Do you know any paper or book which explain the MLK approach in molecular
phylogeny to someone who doesn't have a PhD in maths?
