Dear Netizens,
Please help me find out the solution to one of my problems.
I want to fish out a gene that has been inactivated by T-DNA
insertion in the tobacco plant genome causing the plant to become
morphologically mutant and male sterile.
I want to carry out subtractive hybridization to do the same.
Please elaborate on the method if possible or suggest an alternative for
the solution of the problem.
