I would like to know how can I assess the reliability of differents
topologies obtained from differents weighting schemes of my data. I
suppose if I have a reference tree I can study how similar the
topologies from the study and the reference tree are.
But in those cases where I have not any reference tree, how can I choose
the best topologies?
Any information would be of help.
