I am seeking information on the implementation of the Mantel
Test, a regression method for comparing distance matrices.
In particular I am seeking detailed references on the method,
and if possible examples of its implementation in a statistical
programming environment such as SAS, or in an existent
software package.
We are hoping to compare viral sequence data from different
tissue compartments.
