Dear netters,
I have mapped a human gene to chromosome 13 band q14.3 by FISH and
linkage analysis.
Another group has mapped the likely rat homologue to
''the most distal band of rat chromosome 5''.
Does anyone know about internet resources concerning
rat human synteny. Any other comment on the problem is also
welcome.
