Thermophilic convergence of proteins

Dear all,

Does anybody have a reference for a paper where proteins were shown to
have a thermophilic convergence. In other words, like ribosomal RNAs,
protein sequences were clustered together on trees, simply because of
thermophilic convergence.

Regards,

James
