I'm doing research on Siberian human populations, and am
currently trying to extract enough DNA for further use out of serum
samples that were collected 2,5 years ago and have since then
been stored at -30C. Could anybody help me with protocolls, hints
and tips? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
