A request,
A colleague of mine is interested in finding and example of a gene which contains a
small (few hundred) inserted fragment which is known to be an inverted fragment from
another gene?
Reason? It to play with and test a computer sequence analysis program a computer
science friend is working on.
Anyone know of such and example that we could pull from genbank?
