What program(s) do workers in the field currently use to infer
haplotypes from genotype information on unrelated individuals (i.e.,
without access to a pedigree)?
We have written a program which deals with haplotype inference in a
novel way (attempting to consider many possible haplotypes rather than
inferring the correct ones) and I would like to compare it to existing
methods.
