Colleagues:
I am interested in separating nuclear from mitochondrial DNA in insects for
subsequent PCR amplification of specific regions (preferably in both genomes)
and direct sequencing.
I would like to avoid annoying gradient-centrifugation. Thus, does anybody
know of or have personal experience with a commercially available extraction
kit for this purpose?
I appreciate any help.
