McGill University in Montreal is currently inviting applications
for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level
from evolutionary biologists working at the molecular level, or
molecular biologists whose work has an evolutionary orientation.
The position is described more fully in advertisements placed in
the 16 September (vol. 265) issue of Science and the 15 September
(vol. 371) issue of Nature. While the stated immigration
restrictions are real, the McGill policy is to hire the best
candidate, and interested non-Canadians should by all means
apply. The deadline for applications is November 15, 1994.
