	I saw some chimps genes that individually are more than 2% differents
from the homolog human gene, at the protein level, so that the putative 2%
should one the whole genome.
	I think that this difference was found using hybridization energy
calculation (like it's done for bacterial specification experiments). 
It involves the whole genome.
If someone can sne dany reference about those 2%...
