coiled coil parameter

Hi:
	I had done some modeling work on alpha-helical coiled coil structure. 
To evaluate the correctness of my modeling work I had to measure the 
parameters for supercoils and helix structure. Does anybody know whether 
there are software for the measurement of coiled coils (e.g. radius, 
pitch, curvature, crossing angle etc.) ?
