How can I prevent thalidomide (a hydrofobic drug) from precipitating in a aquatous medium (like YNB) in a concentration higher than 80 microMol. The pH of the medium may not get to high or low, and may not contain any cytotoxic substance that would prevent yeast from growing. Any suggestions?
