Hello,
we have a problem with Sybyl 6.2 . Our computer is a Silicon Graphichs
(IRIX 5.3).
When we made a minimization of a molelcule in interactive way we can
minimize the molecule (we see the molecule changing colors and in the text
window all the calculations summary. But when we try to make the same
minimization in batch mode all we have is a log file that grows in size with
many lines as follows:

%STREQL requires exactly two arguments
Choice of: <Setup option (Choose END to complete setup): > End of Interactive Stream Encountered

and the job never ends.
Can anybody help us to solve this problem?
