pdb-mode is a major mode for the GNU-Emacs/XEmacs editors, providing
editing functions of relevance to Protein DataBank (PDB) formatted
files. This includes simple ways of selecting groups of atoms and
changing attributes such as B-factor, occupancy, residue number, chain
ID, SEGID etc.
